1General Terms & Conditions

3Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to join hbbd and participate in any games. This is a non-negotiable requirement — no exceptions.

Hbbd may request a copy of your national ID or passport for age verification at any time. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals pending until verification is complete.

4Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made on hbbd:

• The minimum deposit for mobile banking and e-wallets is BDT 100.
• The minimum amount for bank transfers is BDT 500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

5Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from hbbd:

• Hbbd reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal for security review purposes.

The wagering requirements of the relevant bonus must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from that bonus.

6Bonus Terms

Hbbd bonus and promotion offers are subject to the following specific conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in the bonus offer.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time — any unused bonus will expire once the period ends.

9Account Suspension and Closure
